Residential Project

1864 Barn

South Berwick, MAINE

AUGUST 2020

What We Did

This bold and beautiful red barn in Ogunquit, ME has character that is simply unmatched.

Originally built in 1864, the barn was deconstructed, relocated, and rebuilt at its current location. Sitting at approximately 36×51’, this renovated barn exudes character through massive hand-hewn beams marked with original Roman numerals. Our team added the finishing touches to this long-awaited project by painting the barn a traditional vibrant red with bright white trim. The transformational effect of the paint was incredible. Now, the barn is not only a beautiful home to animals and equipment, but a masterpiece of art and history.

A Good Word From Our Client

“NorthStar owners and employees are very friendly and professional. Stevie gave us the estimate and came out in a timely manner to start and finish our project. We’re very happy with the service that they provided and the outcome of the barn.”
