Our services

Commercial Services

We offer a full range of commercial interior finishing services, including high-end painting, cabinet refinishing, and pre-finishing for doors and trim. Our team is trained to work in both active commercial environments and new-build settings, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the project. Contractors, builders, and architects rely on us for consistent results that meet the strictest specifications.
High-End Interior Painting
Our commercial interior painting services are designed to meet the demands of active job sites and precise project specifications. We prioritize consistent communication with GCs, align with construction schedules, and maintain clean, efficient workflows to keep your project moving. We use only premium paint lines—Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams—which produce reliable, uniform results across large spaces and complex substrates. Our team is trained to work around other trades safely and professionally, maintaining a controlled finish in environments where timing and coordination matter.
What paint lines do you use?

We only use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams. Consistency, adhesion, and predictable curing times matter in commercial environments, so we rely on brands that meet those standards.

Can you match existing building standards?

Yes. We review all documentation (spec books, plan sets, surfacing requirements) and match sheen, product line, and application method accordingly.

How do you coordinate with other trades?

We work collaboratively with site supervisors to sequence painting with HVAC, electrical, and trim installation, helping minimize rework and delays.

Cabinet Refinishing
Our cabinet refinishing process offers builders and property managers a cost-effective way to give existing cabinetry a factory-grade finish without full replacement. We handle high-volume millwork, multi-unit refinishing, and architectural cabinetry with a consistent, controlled spray finish that meets commercial durability standards. Doors and drawer fronts are removed and finished in our spray shop to ensure an even, professional, factory-level appearance, while frames are completed on-site using our detailed manual finishing system.
What paint sheen do you recommend?

Satin—it's the modern standard and aligns with current architectural trends for millwork.

Do you finish the interior of cabinets?

No, unless the design includes glass fronts or open shelving where interiors are visible.

Can you spray on-site for large commercial projects?

Doors and drawer fronts are always sprayed in the shop. Frames are completed on-site using our proven manual system to maintain speed, organization, and cleanliness on active job sites.

Do you work with builders on multi-unit or phased projects?

Yes, we can schedule refinishing in phases to meet turnover deadlines.

Pre-Finishing Doors & Trim
Pre-finishing doors and trim in our spray shop provides builders with a superior finish and a more efficient installation process. By finishing materials before they reach the job site, builders reduce on-site labor hours, minimize dust and overspray, and ensure a clean, professional finish that’s difficult to match in the field. This method also protects the material from early jobsite wear, reducing touch-ups and punch list items.
Builders who partner with us for pre-finishing gain predictable timelines, consistent finishes across every piece, and a smoother installation process.
This seems more costly than on-site finishing—why choose it?

Pre-finishing reduces total labor hours, eliminates masking and setup time, minimizes jobsite disruption, and delivers a higher-quality finish. Builders who switch see savings at scale.

Can you stain and clear coat?

Yes, we offer both painted and stained finishes.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Not at this time. Materials must be dropped off at our shop.

Are finishes durable enough for construction handling?

Yes, but as with all finished materials, we recommend protecting them during transport and installation.

Can you meet tight deadlines?

We work with builders regularly and understand the pressures of construction schedules. Once a deposit is made and the project is on the schedule, we hit our deadlines.

Do you handle after-hours or phased work?

Depending on project needs, we can structure work around your site schedule or tenant occupancy.
